The lodge offers a full-service waterfront bar and dining experience for members and their guests, with food and drinks served by volunteer staff on weekends. The lakeside patio is the centerpiece in warmer months, giving members an outdoor gathering space that's hard to match anywhere else in the Houghton Lake area.
Beyond the bar and kitchen, the lodge hosts regular member events, community fundraisers, and charitable programs aligned with the national Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks mission. That includes support for veterans, youth activities, and local scholarships. Banquet and event space is available for private member gatherings as well.
